Subject	Using a KM/H speedo with a USDM Vehicle... how?

Message	I max out my 160mph speedo easy and want to go to a different gauge. I've thought of going aftermarket but most gauges either go up to 160, or they are too big/would require fitment adjustments for the Z's cluster. I hear of people running JDM/Canadian gauges all the time but can't seem to find anything on how to do it. Obviously you can't just swap the face out as the speed sensor is calibrated for km/h.
